to all Mothers

to all the ladies out there...
(there is so much to write about it but i'll rather keep it simple)

i was watching Oprah last nite (wed 18july 2007)..
it was a tribute to Mothers on Mother's Day.
Oprah was with Maria Shiver (who?did i get the spelling correct?)..
she is the wife or Arnold Schwarzenegger huhuhu...
& a close relative to the famous Keneddy family...
how close? 1st cousin if not mistaken..err not sure of the connection anymore..

such a moving dialogue this topic is.
they interviewed Demi Moore, Vanessa Williams and Vanessa's mothers.

i was at awe when Demi Moore said...
"the only time that we own our children is when they are in the womb. once they are born we just have to begin with the process of letting go & let them grow to be what they are & what they want to be..."

"after all..each child is her/his own individual."

fuh....deeep...

Demi Moore is highly opinianated..
she should listen to her talk..she is damn smart ok.
& she fell in love with Ashton Kutcher which is 15 years her junior.
Ashton who? & u think Ashton is stupid?
think again...
he was studying Bio Engineering in back in his university days ok.
because he wanted to find a cure for his sick twin brother(ada masalah tulang ke abenda ntah).
(i knew this from channel 76 on astro huhuhu)
so not so stupid lah even tho in Punk'd ..he is bloody annoying..to the bone!

Demi's mother was as alcoholic.
when Maria asked on this Mother's Day, what would you say to your mother?
she said... "Thank you."
hihihih..sweet.

When asked by Maria if a mother could be a girl's best friend,
Vanessa's mother, Helen said "I am her mother. She has friends."
hahaha!!! i was laughing...
she is damn smart and her conscience is damn clear ok!
she was like..."me? her friend? r u kidding me?i have responsibilities here! i didn't carry her 9 months in my tummy for

fun ok!" hehehe.
but i could see she is very hard on her children, difficult for her to give compliments..
constantly criticizing..so that her child be at her best.
ehe..same as my mother but she had changed a lot now heheh.

Maria said that...everyday she says "i love you mommy"
i've been practising that to my parents as well...
in fact..my brothers and i only started hugging our parents around errmmm 4-5 years back.
before this, we did not hug or display any affection.
as if we don't love each other at all.
and it was my mum who initiated it..
my mum is one smart lady.

she is always evolving...
always want to be better in everything she does.
she never gives up...
she is so strong and she always have faith.
how i adore her :)

my mum often says "sekali bah, sekali pantai berubah, inikan pula manusia"
but she is using it in a positive way.
she means, we must always change...for the better.
terima kritikan dan berubah untuk menjadi lebih baik..setiap hari.
everyday we are students, the learning process will never stop till the day we die.

ini baru Wawasan 2020!

i want to write a letter to my mum...
& send to her from here in btu.
i bet she will be delighted.

my mum selalu membebel kalau i nak keluar.
dia risau yg amat..kat luar tu mana tau kena rompak ke,langgar lari ke dan macam2 lagi.
kalau nak bukak pintu pagar pon dia suruh usha keliling dulu takut orang ambush..
kelakar kan...i feel her.. but i still need to go out ok!

i may not be the best daughter..
& just because i may not be able to seem to love her the way she wants me to,
does not mean i do not love her with everything i have.

a big thank you to my Mother & to all Mothers out there.
