Words of Wisdom

Attended my collegue's wedding reception at D-Saujana early this month.

I like one thing about this wedding.

At every dining table, there was one big card with a blank piece of A4 paper for every guest to write --- "Words of Wisdom"

I wish i can read every single thing that each guest wrote.

but at my table, i will always remember these 2 quotes:

Always give but not take

I have to learn to always give and not accept anything back. Even tho what i expected was only a simple phone call or sms.

I don't want a new dress, a new lipstick, or new earrings, or a big car, or any present.

I only ask for gesture, attention..

TLC - tender loving care :P~

which is ..free.

but hey , i forgot...

FREE things are HARD to come by... only lucky ones get free things..free merchandise, free bonus points, free whatever...

how dare i ask for something FREE everyday....? L

another one:

Love, Trust & Respect Each other

i realize love alone is not enough. you have to learn to trust your other half, to always have faith in that person whatever the person does and whatever happens........must always have faith.

once you lost the trust,definitely you will lost the respect.Once you lost respect, you will definitely mistreat the other person, look down on that person, hurt the person's feelings even tho u never intended to...by then,

there is no use of defending that love you have because in relationship,these 3 is 1.

Lose 1, and you lose all. You will continually carry sorrow in your heart wheter you realize it or not.

hmm.. i know i've made many mistakes.

I’m only human..but i also realize something...

I will definitely give out my absolute love,trust & respect if i received the TLC...

but again, who am i to ask and receive free things in this world? L

There is also an article in The Star which i read long time ago.

The article was written by an Indian writer (Indian nationally) who married a

China's Chinese lady despite families disapproval.

They were put at seperate places, and asked the same question.

i forgot the exact question but the journalist asked about their relationship.

but the answer is simple, amazingly both of them answered the same thing :

the answer was Acceptance.
